Behavioral Interview Simulator · Carolina

7,5/ 10 · average score

You answered 5 of 5 questions, with an average score of 7.5. Your best answers include numbers and a clear sequence of situation, action and result, especially on leadership and negotiation. Where the score dropped, the answer did not explain your role and the outcome, as in the question about disagreeing with leadership.

What to do first

Bring numbers and your own role into every answer, including the ones about disagreement and motivation.

Score by question

1. Personal introduction7,5

Clear order, but give more space to your current role and close with your strongest result.

2. Leadership8,0

Clear context, concrete action and a measurable result: 100% of the portfolio in the new CRM.

3. Negotiation8,5

Strong strategy: data, value beyond price and a volume commitment, with the margin preserved.

4. Positioning6,5

Respectful disagreement backed by data, but your role and the final outcome are missing.

5. Motivation7,0

Connects your experience to the company, but needs a specific fact about the company.

Your strengths

  • Numbers and results in the leadership and negotiation answers (questions 2 and 3).
  • Organized structure, with context, action and result (questions 2 and 3).
  • Respectful, data-based posture when disagreeing with leadership (question 4).

Priorities before the real interview

  1. 1

Reinforce your role and the outcome

In answers about disagreement, say what was at stake for you and what happened next (question 4).

  2. 2

    Prepare company-specific facts

For the motivation question, cite a product, a client or a piece of news about the company (question 5).

  3. 3

    Shorten the introduction

Give priority to your current experience and end with a result that connects to the role (question 1).

Tips for this role

  • Prepare 4 to 5 stories with numbers and pick the best fit for each competency question.
  • For coordination roles, also show how you develop people, not only the result you deliver.
  • Research the company and the role, and cite at least one specific fact in one of your answers.

A stronger version of your answer to question 3

In 2022, a client worth 12% of our revenue threatened to move to a competitor because of price. My goal was to renew without taking the margin below the minimum. I pulled the purchase history, showed the buyer and the finance team how much the client saved with our delivery times, and defined in advance the maximum discount I would accept. I proposed a 24-month contract with a minimum volume in exchange for a tiered discount. We closed the renewal, kept the margin within target, and the client increased volume by 18% the following year.
