Today, who leaves your company with real support to land the next job?

If the answer is “only the executives,” everyone else has noticed. Traditional outplacement is priced per person and per month of coaching: from $500–$1,500 for entry-level roles to $8,000–$15,000+ for executives.1

02 · The proposition

No one leaves empty-handed.

The care once reserved for senior leaders now reaches every level, with career tools powered by Silicon Valley intelligence.

The same day

HR creates the access in the Portal and hands it over during the conversation. People can start that evening, from their phone.

For every level

Three packages by seniority, from $297.00 per person (3 months). No vendor to coordinate, no coach’s calendar to fit.

With dignity

You end a hard day knowing that every person left with a next step.

With CV Career Hub, support no longer depends on job title: from the front line to the executive team, every departing employee gets the tools for the next job, for the budget that used to cover a single person.

03 · The conversation

Every layoff conversation ends somehow. You can choose how.

If you have ever had to let go of someone you had worked with for years, you know how it usually ends.

How it usually ends

  1. The paperwork is signed. A “good luck.” A silence nobody knows how to fill.
  2. They walk out unsure where to start, sometimes with a résumé that hasn’t been touched in years.
  3. On Monday, the team talks. And everyone wonders: “what if it were me?”

How it can end

  1. At the end of the conversation, you hand over an access link: “The company prepared this for your next step.”
  2. That evening, they already have a new résumé and know what to do that week.
  3. On Monday, the team talks about how they were treated.

04 · How it works

Three steps. No vendor to manage.

  1. Buy licenses

Choose On demand or a 12-month Corporate plan, the packages and a period of 3, 6 or 8 months. Licenses land in your HR Portal balance as soon as payment is confirmed.

  2. Create each person’s access

In the HR Portal, enter the name and choose the package. The access link is emailed to HR and, if you choose, to the employee too.

  3. Hand it over in the conversation

They use it on a phone or computer, at their own pace, during the period purchased. In outplacement, you track usage; the content stays theirs.

It scales to every level because it is digital: there is no coach’s calendar to wait for.

09 · For the people who sign off

Every function has a reason to say yes.

HR

Having something to offer in the conversation.

A humane exit for every level, with no vendor to coordinate. The team sees how the company treats people on the way out.

Finance

Cost per person known before you buy.

From $297.00 per person (3 months), with no subscription on demand. The average cost of one outplacement program covers 6 people on the Essential package.

Legal and privacy

In outplacement, the company sees usage, not content.

Résumés and answers belong to the employee. When creating each access, HR confirms it has an adequate legal basis to share the data. Uploaded files are deleted after 7 days. In Team Development, HR and the manager see each person’s result in the Portal, and the person is told so.

Employer brand

Former employees will tell how they left.

On LinkedIn, to former colleagues, in company reviews. Give them a good story to tell.

10 · Contract options

Choose the model that fits how often your company has exits. In the next step, you choose the packages and quantities.

11 · Questions

What HR usually asks before buying.

Won’t it look like we are making layoffs easier?
It is a fair concern: no company wants its brand tied to cuts. But the layoff is already happening. The benefit only changes how people leave, and the people who stay see it.
We already work with an outplacement firm.
Great for senior leaders, where 1:1 coaching makes sense. What about everyone else? CV Career Hub covers the levels your firm doesn’t reach, with the same budget.
Will front-line employees actually use a digital tool?
Yes. Access arrives by email and the Essential package works on a phone: people can answer the interview simulator by voice. They don’t need to know how to write a résumé; they leave with one ready.
What about employee data and privacy?
In outplacement, the company only tracks administrative use of the benefit: generated or completed. Résumés, answers and results belong to the employee. When creating each access, HR confirms it has an adequate legal basis to share the data needed. Uploaded files are deleted after 7 days. In Team Development, HR and the manager can see each person’s result in the Portal, and the person is told before starting.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No. On demand: no subscription, you buy what you need. Corporate: 12-month agreement. For large volumes, Enterprise offers tailored terms.
What is the difference between on demand and Corporate?
The difference is the purchase model. On demand: one-time payment, per purchase, no subscription. Corporate: platform available for 12 months, up to 3 HR users and purchases inside the platform, with a monthly fee of $399.00 per company.
Can I choose the package by role?
Yes. Each license belongs to one package, and HR picks each person’s package in the Portal: Essential, Accelerate or Stand Out.
How long does each person have?
In outplacement it depends on the package purchased: 3, 6 or 8 months from when the access is created, on both On demand and Corporate. That period belongs to the benefit, not to the company plan. In Team Development, 45 days from when the access is created. On Corporate, the HR Portal is valid for 12 months and can be renewed when it expires.
What do people keep?
A résumé in PDF and Word, versions tailored to specific openings, a rewritten LinkedIn profile (Stand Out) and interview practice with feedback. Files they download are theirs to keep.
Do you guarantee people will land a job?
No. We provide the tools to apply with professional materials, the same day; hiring decisions belong to employers. Being clear about this also keeps your company from promising, in the conversation, what no one controls.
Does it work for a large restructuring?
Yes. For large volumes or a specific format, talk to our team: Enterprise adapts volume, terms and rollout.
